As We Starved
"As We Starved" is a filmed representation of our ancestors who experienced and survived the Vietnam War. As you watch the film, you will see that this take is made through a burning haibun--illustrating the horrors that took place and how it's now seared a painful memory into the viewer.
Save Her
"Save Her" was created in order to depict the point of view of a bystander witnessing a drunk woman being coerced into sexual activities--which is, unfortunately, a topic of argument. While filming this video, I took into consideration the change of colors as the scenes changed.
You're on Mute
"You're on Mute" was a collaborative project that I did with a colleague of mine who helped me with the claymation and animation. The goal behind this film was to depict the struggles of being on Zoom during the pandemic and how it inflicts anxiety and fear.
